1. Service description

WodSniper is a free tool that automates class booking for CrossFit, Hyrox, and functional fitness boxes that use the WodBuster platform. The service logs in to WodBuster on your behalf and books the classes you have configured.

2. Requirements

• You must have a valid account at a box that uses WodBuster.
• You must provide valid WodBuster credentials.
• You must verify your email to activate your account.

3. No warranties

WodSniper is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That bookings will be completed successfully (classes may be full, WodBuster may change its platform, network errors may occur, etc.).
• Continuous availability of the service.
• Future compatibility with WodBuster.

4. Limitation of liability

WodSniper is not responsible for:

• Failed bookings or missed classes.
• Changes to the WodBuster platform that affect the service.
• Issues with your WodBuster account.
• Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

5. Acceptable use

• You may only use WodSniper with your own WodBuster account.
• You must not attempt to access other people's accounts.
• You must not abuse the service (mass requests, overload attempts, etc.).

6. Relationship with WodBuster

WodSniper is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WodBuster. It is an independent project. Use of the service is also subject to WodBuster's own terms of use.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts at any time, with or without cause. You can delete your account at any time by contacting hello@wodsniper.com.

8. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
